TDC deep well centrifugal fire pump

                                                                                                                 First. Summary

            TDC type is used chiefly for sea water service, fire & general sercice.

      1.Suction side needs no suction pipe,valve and strainer so weight, installation space and price can be reduced.

     2.Since the pump is suvmerged in oil ,no priming is needed at starting.

     3.Space diffuser design is adopted for the pump casing,so radial thrust on theimpeller becomes minimum

     4.The axial thrust is caused by the weight of the rotating element alone and it is so designed as to  Balance the hydraulic thrust.

     5.The shaft power curve have a highest ponit ,so it is not to overload the motor power in any conditions.

    6.For the line bearing material ,THORDON is adopted.

    7.The low-speed design is adopted,so:

       (1)The abraison of the mechnical sealand the line bearing etc.is reduced;

      (2)The vibration is reduced.

   TDC type is ertial Tank-mounted pump. The pump is connected with motor by flexible coupling.By bearongs lubricate oil.
